3.1 Pricing: The prices of content on E-Learn are determined based on the terms outlined in the Instructor Terms and the Promotions Policy. Subscription Plans have specific payment terms.
3.2 Payment: By making a payment on E-Learn, you agree to pay the specified fees using valid payment methods. E-Learn reserves the right to disable access for non-payment.
3.3 Refunds: E-Learn operates on a strict no-refund policy for all course purchases. Once a course is purchased, we do not provide refunds, regardless of the circumstances.
4. Content and Behavior Rules
4.1 Respect for Intellectual Property: Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. Instructors must ensure that the content they submit complies with copyright laws.
4.2 Trust & Safety Guidelines: Users are required to adhere to Trust & Safety Guidelines. Unlawful behavior may result in the removal of content or suspension of accounts.
4.3 Student-Generated Content: Reviews, questions, and submitted content must align with guidelines. Any form of plagiarism or violation of academic integrity may result in consequences.
5. E-Learn’s Rights to Content You Post
5.1 License Grant: By posting content on E-Learn, you grant the platform a license to display, reproduce, and distribute the content on the platform.
5.2 Content Removal: E-Learn reserves the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms, Trust & Safety Guidelines, or applicable laws.

9.1 Agreement Continuity: The Instructor Terms, Privacy Policy, and other relevant policies are incorporated by reference into these Terms. Users must comply with all policies governing the use of E-Learn.
9.2 Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 years old. Younger users may seek parental assistance.
9.3 Account Transfer: Users are prohibited from transferring their accounts to others. Requests for account access will only be granted upon verification of ownership.
10. Dispute Resolution
